Terms of service
The agreement describing access to Trade-win and eligible services.
1. Who provides the service
Trade-win is the trading name of Trade-win Meridian Services Ltd, registration number TW-260909-1042, with its registered address at 18 Meridian Walk, Suite 402, Port Azure, PA 1042. The services and permissions of that entity are described in the following service scope: presentation of the Trade-win interface, without accepting customer money or executing real orders; no regulatory licence or compensation coverage is represented. These Terms govern your relationship with that entity for the Trade-win services identified in your account agreement.
Read these Terms with the applicable Product Schedule, Fee Schedule, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Notice and Complaints Policy. Each document must identify its version. A product-specific schedule governs that product where it expressly varies these Terms; mandatory legal rights take precedence. Access to public information does not by itself open a trading account or authorize transactions.
2. Eligibility and account opening
You must be at least 18 years old, have capacity to enter the agreement and meet the eligibility conditions for customers in the presentation environment only; customer onboarding is not available. Available services may depend on residence, identity checks, customer classification and the particular product. Do not conceal your location or use another person's identity to bypass a restriction.
Provide accurate information and update material changes. We may request information reasonably necessary to establish identity, authority, source of funds or product eligibility. Verification requirements and the handling of documents and face images are explained before collection in the Verification Notice in Appendix A. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. If required information is missing, the affected service may remain unavailable.
3. Account access and security
Use only the sign-in methods offered by Trade-win. Keep credentials and recovery methods private, protect the email account used for access and review security notifications. Do not give another person access unless an expressly supported and documented authorization process applies.
Report suspected unauthorized activity promptly through security@trade-win.example. We will assess protective measures appropriate to the incident. A restriction intended to protect an account does not establish that a disputed transaction was authorized or remove rights you have under applicable law. Trade-win support will not ask you to send a password, one-time code, private key or recovery phrase.
4. What Trade-win provides
The products available to your account and their legal form are defined in the Product Schedule in Appendix A. An instrument appearing in a public catalog is not a promise that you can trade it, own the underlying asset or withdraw it to an external wallet. Before using a product, review its contract size, currency, trading hours, settlement, ownership rights and relevant costs.
Charts, educational material and optional automated explanations assist your understanding. They do not guarantee accuracy, suitability or a financial result. An explanation is not an instruction to execute an order. Trade-win's optional explanation feature does not independently place or change trades for you. Any simulation must be identified as such and kept separate from real balances.
5. Orders and execution
Review the instrument, direction, quantity, order type, price conditions and estimated costs before submitting an instruction. Execution arrangements, counterparties and applicable cancellation rules are set out in the Execution Policy in Appendix A. Receipt of an instruction is different from acceptance, and acceptance is different from execution. Orders may be rejected, partially executed, expire or remain pending under their stated conditions.
A displayed price may change before execution. Stop instructions do not guarantee an exit price unless a specific guaranteed product has been agreed. A cancellation request may arrive too late to prevent a fill. If the connection fails, check the recorded order status before sending another instruction; a missing screen confirmation does not prove that no transaction occurred.
6. Fees, margin and settlement
Applicable charges are specified in the Fee Schedule in Appendix A, including any trading, spread, conversion, financing, deposit, withdrawal or third-party charges that apply. Estimates must identify variable components. Hypothetical calculations are not quotations or promises of a final charge.
Where a margin product is offered, the Margin Schedule in Appendix A explains collateral, valuation, maintenance requirements, liquidation and any negative-balance protection that actually applies. Do not assume an alert will arrive before a required liquidation. Where a product permits losses beyond the deposit, that exposure must be disclosed before activation. Settlement timing and the amount available for withdrawal may differ from the displayed total balance.
7. Deposits, withdrawals and asset handling
Use only the instructions issued for your account and the method in the Funding Schedule in Appendix A. For a digital-asset transfer, verify the asset, network, destination and any required memo or tag. Supported asset names alone do not establish support for every network. A submitted transfer, blockchain confirmation and account credit are separate events.
Limits, processing stages, third-party delays and applicable verification are described in the Funding Schedule. If we restrict a transfer for a lawful reason, we will explain its status and any action you can take to the extent permitted. Do not infer custody, segregation, insurance or compensation protection from the Trade-win brand. The Custody Schedule in Appendix A must identify who holds each type of asset, your rights, permitted uses and the treatment of a provider failure.
8. Acceptable use and restrictions
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful transactions, market manipulation, unauthorized access or interference with other users. Do not misuse data or content beyond the rights granted by Trade-win and its licensors. Any supported API or automation must have expressly documented permissions and limits.
We may apply proportionate restrictions where reasonably necessary to address security, eligibility, legal obligations or a material breach. Where permitted, we will state the reason, impact and route to review. Restrictions are not a general authorization to confiscate funds or erase a legitimate account claim.
9. Records, errors and service interruptions
Review account statements and report discrepancies through support@trade-win.example, including the transaction reference and relevant time. We will investigate using available records and explain any correction. Corrections must remain traceable; a corrected display must not silently remove financial history.
Maintenance, connectivity problems, market closures and provider failures can affect availability. We will communicate material incidents through available service channels. No uninterrupted-service promise or exclusion in these Terms overrides a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Closure, changes and disputes
You may request account closure through support@trade-win.example. Open positions, unsettled transactions, outstanding obligations and lawful holds must be resolved under the applicable schedules. We will explain the steps for returning eligible remaining assets. Closure does not automatically delete records that must be retained under the Privacy Notice.
Material changes will be communicated with 30 calendar days of notice, subject to any lawful urgent exception explained in the notice. Where agreement is required, Trade-win will obtain it before applying the change. The version applicable to your account must remain identifiable.
Complaints follow the Trade-win Complaints Policy. These Terms are governed by the applicable mandatory law of the customer’s place of residence, with disputes addressed through the competent courts determined under applicable law, subject to mandatory rights and remedies. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of collective rights is created by this document. Contact: support@trade-win.example.
