Common questions

Before you start.

These answers describe the current local product, not a provider or production service.

Can I register or place a trade now?

No. Account access and order execution are not connected. Browsing the public pages does not create an account or position.

Why does an instrument have no quote?

The catalog includes required product scope before every provider identity and data source has been verified. An instrument page without a source stays explicitly unavailable.

Are the dated chart prices live?

No. Pages that contain sample candles identify them as illustrative and show their date. A displayed price is not a confirmed execution price.

Where are the fees and payment methods?

Verified costs, limits, networks and processing conditions have not been published. See Fees and Funding for the current availability boundary.

How do I contact support?

Verified support channels, hours and response commitments are not published, and there is no active inquiry form. Check Contact and support for the current status.
