Select the exact instrument
Use the symbol and name together when choosing an instrument. The terminal preview keeps that identity in the URL so the selected context can continue to an instrument detail page or account entry.
Some required catalog entries have no illustrative sample. Selecting one of them keeps the identity while the chart changes to an unavailable state.
Select the observation interval
The interval controls the time represented by each chart observation in the current preview. It does not change the product identity, data source or execution availability.
After changing the interval, recheck the displayed UTC range and source label instead of carrying assumptions from the previous view.
Check what the next page retains
The instrument page and terminal preview preserve market context through local links. Account entry can retain a destination, but it does not create an account or order.
Search, watchlist changes and preview selectors are local interface behavior. They do not establish provider support or tradability.
- Confirm the symbol after navigation.
- Confirm the interval and UTC time range after a change.
- Treat unavailable data as unavailable, without substituting a previous chart.
